Live Sessions:
Plan your call in a quiet, distraction free environment where you can speak freely in my virtual office on Zoom when meeting for a live call. Most sessions are "live calls" on zoom.
Remote Session:
For an energetic release only.
The session will be done remotely by invitation.
Pick a time when you are less physically stressed
You will not be present.
Includes one follow up email.
Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes.
Plan your schedule for 90 minutes.
Open all emails:
There will be important details in the confirmation and reminder emails on how to connect.
Allow yourself some space after the call to acclimate back into your day, and process your insights.
